GStat 1.0 Decommissioning on June 17th |

GStat 2.0 is now available that provides the full functionality for deployment in production environment.
Consequently we propose to deprecate GStat 1.0 on June 17th. All the BDII/sBDII checks in GStat 1.0 will
be stopped, operational tools would point to Nagios metrics instead for the purpose of availability
computation and monitoring status collection.
